Spring Celebration!

Spring is exciting, bulbs spring up and buds on the trees grow. Blossoms are bursting, so colour starts to appear and makes the garden perk up and is lovelier to look at.

Despite of a harsh winter a few bulbs came up and damaged bushes are forced to grow flowers. Some are late to bloom, but they are here to please my eyes.

Happy Spring Everyone!

It took a long time for the garden to have some colour but it's worth waiting. And there's more coming...and of course the Future Generation. Guess what flowers and colours they will be. We'll have to wait and see.

I hope they grow healthy and pretty.

~REWARDS~

It's hard to believe it's March already and we can't garden yet. I woke up this morning the ground was all covered again with snow, when just this Thursday and Friday it was beautiful. Anyway it was all nice and bright in the morning, the sunshine came and then dissappeared quickly, replaced by a BLIZZARD of SNOW. It was off and on and then the SUN came again but cold. So my interest of cleaning the garden was put off. Oh well maybe next weekend weather will be better. I opened up my Garden Album and enjoyed my last SUMMER GARDEN photos. Well you can agree with me how rewarding gardening is. Join me to reflect to my labor of love. Sit tight and WATCH!!!

The Arbor

Hello..how are you all?

Sorry for a long wait to update this site. I have been busy and just couldn't find time to post. But I tried to keep up with my flower diary and took some pictures from time to time. Some were missed but we have a few to enjoy. I can't be long writing about them so Lets BEGIN!

If you click the pictures you will see the progress of the flowers how they've dramatically changed. Our spring weather was a bit weird but the flowers adopted the changed, some didn't make it and some did Okay. Like my early seedlings I transplanted outside just wilted when one night the temperature suddenly dropped. Some were saved and here---- we can enjoy to view their beauties as they keep growing.

The first picture is the Arbor that my husband made this spring as a Mother's Day gift.

Lilies did well. If you want to see more of my flowers this spring and summer click the Summer Blooms 2007 at the side.

Hi...........it's been awhile no posting here.. it's just we've been super busy and had a lot of trouble with our computer. That some of my photos are still missing. It's really frustrating. I found some that I can post today.

This is the cherry tomatoes that my kids bought for me on Mother's Day. It was so good and juicy.

My blueberries really impressed me, for a little tree I got a lot of fruits from it. We really had a lot of fun picking fruits this summer. Take a look at the next one.

I couldn't believe how big it grew. I picked the other small apples when they were just forming fruits so there's less fruits from the branch and that makes the other apples grow big.

My Flower seedlings did their fantastic show, even though we had a lot of rain and their Mama was away a lot.

The impatiens never fail me, always thrived under my two Rhodos.

The Cosmos took forever to flower that they made me worry, I thought I won't see any flowers to enjoy before end summer. They were tall and leafy, but ............................then it was worth waiting.

We had a lovely visit of Fe's Glorious Garden in California after our holiday in Las Vegas. I wish I could show you more of her flowers but this is all I have in my camera. Fe, Herb and Matt thank you so much for your generous time and hospitality.

It was a SWEET SUMMER ENDING.

Well I hope everyone had a great holidays.
